ACT records nine new cases of COVID-19 as the territory becomes Australia's most vaccinated jurisdiction

 The ACT has recorded nine new locally acquired COVID-19 cases, as the territory became Australia's most vaccinated jurisdiction.

There are 20 people in hospital with the virus, with 11 in intensive care and four requiring ventilation.

There are now 390 active cases in the ACT.

More than 87 per cent of Canberrans aged 12 and over are now fully vaccinated.

While today's case numbers are the lowest the ACT has recorded in over a month, testing numbers are also down.
